OUR PEOPLE ARE THE FLAGSHIP WORK

ABOUT
We design two experiences on every project: the space your people walk into, and the build you live through to get there. Both should be rewarding.
At Impossible, we design, engineer, fabricate, and install brand experiences: environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding, vehicle wraps, and whole environments. We came up through agencies crafting stories for some of the loudest brands in the world, then realized a story crafted with that much intent needs the same mind to produce it. So we became the studio that builds what it tells: a licensed general contractor with stamped engineering in house, so the thing we design is the thing that gets installed.
Every project starts with understanding what the space needs to do. Before we design, we study the brand, the site, the architecture, and the people who move through it, so every element feels intentional.
We like work that feels effortless but isn’t. Clean lines, honest materials, precise fabrication, and flawless installation working quietly together. Refined, durable, and right the first time.
For us, good design isn’t only how something looks. It’s how clearly it communicates, how well it’s built, and how it holds up years after install. That’s why we own the whole chain, from the first sketch to the final bolt.

01 · FOUNDER / CEO
IT RUNS ON TIME.
The operator, and the reason it all runs on time. Jessica grew up in design, co-founding her first agency at 20. Then two decades of commercial real estate and operations leadership inside the biggest firms in the business. At Impossible she is the machine: the schedules, the contracts, the money. She knows every angle on every deal, and she makes sure nothing slips, the work ships, and every client is taken care of.

02 · FOUNDER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR
SKETCH TO SKYLINE.
The builder. An imagineer with taste and some attitude, out of a hot rod shop and a fine-art studio, which is exactly how a design snob ends up unpretentious as hell. Thirty-two years designing, engineering, fabricating, and installing in the physical world, from thirty years of Nike history built in fourteen days to a Fortune 100 name over downtown Austin. He can pitch it, draw it, engineer it, build it, and hang it.
BENJAMIN DIXON · THE BUILDER

03 · STRATEGIC
BUILT IN EVERY STATE.
The Cardone family has been building signs since 1968, and Dane grew up in it. He spent decades running Sign Methods, a full fabrication and install shop turning out channel letters, monuments, neon, and everything in between, plus the footings, steel, and wiring that put them on a building. Facilities for national brands coast to coast, amusement parks, and a neon sign in the National Neon Sign Museum.
A master of the craft, and of the complexity of building nationally, every jurisdiction and every regulation. He is the reason our drawings become real: when we stamp a sign, Dane and his crew fabricate it, wire it, and hang it. No handoff, no guesswork, no learning on your job. Fifty years of knowing exactly what it takes to get a sign built right, at any scale, anywhere in the country.

OUR PROCESS
THREE STEPS,
ONE TEAM.
01
PLAN
Distill
We study the brand, the site, the architecture, and the people who move through it. The project has a clear direction before any design work begins.
02
STRUCTURE
Design
Concepts become drawings with real materials, real budgets, and stamped engineering behind them. What you approve is what gets built.
03
BUILD
Deploy
We fabricate it, wire it, and hang it with our own crews. No handoff, no guesswork, no learning on your job. Two-year warranty on everything we build.
