These Terms of Service explain how this website and our services can be used. They are here to keep expectations clear, protect both sides, and make sure every project starts on solid ground.
Welcome to impossiblexd.com, the website of Impossible XD ("Impossible," "we," "us"), an Austin, Texas experience design and fabrication studio. By using this site you agree to these terms.
What this site is. This site presents our work, our services, and ways to contact us. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Project scopes, pricing, timelines, and warranties are defined only in the written proposals, quotes, and agreements we issue for a specific engagement, and those documents govern each project, not this website.
Our content. The design of this site and the text, images, photography, and case studies on it belong to Impossible or are used with permission of our clients and partners. Client names, logos, and project photography appear to document work we actually performed and remain the property of their owners. Please don't copy, scrape, or reuse any of it without written permission.
Your submissions. When you contact us through the site, you're giving us permission to use what you send to respond to you and evaluate the inquiry. Don't send confidential material through the contact form; if a project needs an NDA, ask and we'll handle it properly before details change hands.
No professional advice. Content on this site, including descriptions of methods, materials, and past projects, is general information. It isn't engineering, architectural, legal, or code-compliance advice for your project. Every site condition is different; that's why we survey before we build.
Accuracy. We work to keep the site current, but projects, offerings, and statistics can change. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Impossible isn't liable for damages arising from use of this website itself. Responsibilities for actual project work are defined in each project's written agreement, including our two-year warranty as stated there.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute related to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts of Travis County, Texas.
Contact. Questions about these terms: hello@impossiblexd.com.
