Cisco Austin Showcase
A full-campus brand environment for Cisco's Austin offices: exterior identity, interior graphics, wayfinding, and dimensional installs.

A complete brand environment for Cisco's Austin campus. From the illuminated exterior identity to the reclaimed-oak logo walls inside.
Cisco's Austin campus needed a single, cohesive brand environment spanning the building's exterior identity, interior architectural graphics, wayfinding, and code-compliant ADA signage. Impossible was brought in through JLL to take the whole program from design through installation.
Working as a licensed general contractor, we handled every layer in-house: dimensional letters, reclaimed-oak logo walls, first- and second-surface frost graphics, illuminated exterior signage, and wayfinding coordinated across a live, occupied site.

Challenge
Deliver a multi-material, multi-surface program at architectural scale: engineered, permitted, and installed without disrupting a working campus.
The program ranged from illuminated signage mounted high on the building exterior to delicate frost and etch graphics on interior glass: each with its own engineering, permitting, and installation demands. Every piece had to meet code and hold Cisco's brand standard.
Much of the work happened on an occupied, active site, which meant tight sequencing, close coordination with the broader project team, and installation windows that couldn't slip.

Solution
One licensed team, designing and building every surface, so the brand reads the same from the street to the stairwell.
Impossible designed, engineered, fabricated, and installed the entire program under one roof. Exterior identity was engineered for height and weather; interior environments used reclaimed oak, dimensional letters, and layered frost graphics for privacy and brand presence.
Because design and build lived on one team, details stayed consistent and problems got solved on-site instead of across vendors.

Result
A campus that feels unmistakably Cisco: inside and out.
The finished environment carries Cisco's identity from the illuminated exterior through every interior threshold, logo wall, and wayfinding moment: a cohesive brand experience delivered end-to-end. The work led JLL to make Impossible a first call for new Austin projects.
